Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates and are given in good faith. In sporadic cases such as global pandemics, extreme weather, and high order volumes, shipping times could take up to 90 business days to arrive. Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for us to carefully process and prepare your order before it ships. In some cases, processing may take a little longer due to the following reasons:

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Ensure that you provide a valid home, office, or apartment/flat address for package delivery.

 

DELAYED ORDERS

If there is any delay with your order, we will inform you via email.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS INPUT

Flair Maiden is not liable for orders with incorrect addresses provided during the ordering process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before placing your order. In the event of our error, we will take responsibility for the original order at no charge.

 

LOST PACKAGES OR WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible for lost packages or shipments that are delivered to the incorrect address by the shipping company. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving such issues. If you encounter this problem, we highly recommend contacting the shipping carrier to arrange delivery, package forwarding, or file a claim.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address change. Unfortunately, once orders have been shipped, we are unable to make changes. To avoid your package being returned to us, please contact the shipping company or your local post office for mail forwarding or address changes.

 

CUSTOMS

Any customs fees incurred after the item has been shipped are the responsibility of the buyer. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.
