We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or packages that are not claimed at the local post office. In these cases, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
Returned Parcels Due to Delivery Failure:
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we can arrange for redelivery. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the original shipping cost.
